Warranty & RMA’s Policy

Warranty Policy

All of our Refurbished Hardware products are covered by a 12-month advance replacement warranty, for replace and repair, excluding new products already covered with standard manufacturer’s warranty. Support Contracts, Smartnet Contracts, Licenses and software are not covered by any tipe of warranty, except from manufacture itself.

RMA’s Policy

1. If product is factory defect, non-functionable or wrongly sent by Sun Evo, the Client may withdraw from a sales agreement and return the goods within 15 days of delivery date (under the regulations of law this right refers to a natural person, not to business customers). The goods must not be used nor damaged, it has to be in the original packaging. The customer shall return the goods at their cost and bear any costs related to return process (including shipping).  Restocking fee applies up to 100% of sales agreement. Returns process:

a) The customer is obliged to send the goods at their cost. The product must be placed in the original packaging ensuring its safe transport. The return must be discussed with Sun Evo via e-mail under the address: info@sun-evo.com

 

A product can be returned only if:

 

  • It is in the original and unmarked packaging,
  • factory damaged or non-functional,
  • has not been damaged on Client’s permisses
  • covered by 12 months advance warranty, when Refurbished

 

2. The package should be labelled with “RMA RETURN” plus Invoice number

 

3. Goods should be sent to the Company’s premises:

4. RMA shall be considered within 14 days after the goods reach Sun Evo’s Logistics. The amount due is transferred back after accepting RMA, by issuing a credit note, which can also be used on next purchase. Please note Software and Support Licences are non-returnable unless the software is materially non-compliant with its specification or the physical media on which it is supplied is defective.
