IT INSIDE SALES

 

The SAM should be entitled of following up the database prospects and generating business opportunities to grow companies’ revenue. The SAM main responsibility will be engaging with new prospects and maintaining the business relations with existing clients – promoting and developing optimized solutions according with customer’s needs.

An expert SAM is an efficient communicating person, with a natural joy on its tasks and able to see all outcomes with a positive attitude. It is important as well to understand the product and have good level of knowledge on the main IT areas. The successful SAM will gain the trust and the business opportunities from existing clients, and increase its database portfolio by bringing new leads and new clients. This will bring for the SAM a wealthy commission scheme and the possibility for a permanent sales position after the 3 months proofing period. Continuous Training and Certifications are given.

 

Main functions:

 

  • Actively promote the company’s products and services between existing customers and new customers in order to maximize business potential;
  • Creating empathy and relationship of trust between the company and the client presenting solutions tailored to each need;
  • Making business proposals, add value with customer support from the time of closing of business to the reception of merchandise, ensuring the level above expectations with the client;
  • Following up the proposals and maintain contact with the potential client when the proposals are not finalized, trying to understand the emerging needs of the potential clients;
  • Involvement in sales activities such as meeting, webinars and conference calls with customers and active participation in Conferences & Trade Events.

 

Job requirements

 

  • Fluent in English and another European language
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics or IT
  • 0-5 years’ experience in a sales trading or brokerage / account management role / Enterprise Terminals such as Honeywell, Zebra, Motorola, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong numerical skills
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and not afraid to fail or improve, thinking out of the box
  • Aptitude for taking initiative and creative mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude to work in collaboration with Marketing specialist
  • Proven track sales and performance
  • Relocation to Amsterdam (For training purposes, if necessary) or International Events

 

 Sales Targets:

 

  • Analyzing and presenting the weekly sales reports forecasts
  • Make turnover plans per companies’ brand product to a specific target group for the upcoming seasons
  • Present a yearly business plan and manage the pipeline actively
  • Engage with marketing activities continuously doing campaigns follow ups
  • Ability to pursuit and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Continuous Product Training and learning activities
  • Involvement in sales activities such as meeting, webinars and conference calls with customers and active participation in Conferences & Trade Events
  • Ability to promote and sell Internationally among Emerging Markets

FIBER OPTICS JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

 

Main activities to be carried out:

  • Following up the customer on a monthly basis on emerging needs and projects;
  • Creating  empathy and trust with the client, due to transparency, clear communication and market knowledge, promoting and focusing on solutions adding value;

 

Preferential requirements:

 

• Fluent English understood, spoken and written + additional European language
• Know-How of emerging markets (Palop’s and Eastern EU)
• Higher education, 12th Year + Professional Training Course in the ICT area or minimum of 5 years of proven experience (Reference Letter) in the commercial area of ICT and business development;

SCOPE OF THE WORK

 

 Technical Sales:

  • Responsible for covering the sales cycle of radio network products towards specific customers in Emerging Markets;
  • Prepare network design and solution proposal for bids.

 

Business Development:

  • Explore sales opportunities by presenting products and solutions to existing and potential customers;
  • Support of sales material for presentations and demos;
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organizing marketing activities.

 

Solution Selling:

  • Understand customer pain points and develop appropriate solutions;
  • Present solutions via digital channels, customer meetings and workshops;
  • Be main point of contact for the customer with regard to the solutions.

 

Business Market Analysis:

  • Analyze competitor information;
  • Analyze market for wireless solutions and industry trends;
  • Participate in regional, vertical market research activities related to wireless solutions.

 

Requirements

  1. Education background: Bachelor degree or higher in radio communications or computer science.
  2. Extensive experience and deep knowledge in mobile communication technologies, such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, Small Cells, etc.
  3. Experience with business analysis for wireless solutions including TCO analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis, etc.
  4. Strong communication skills are required for good team work and successful customer engagement.

AI SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

 

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales is a client facing, pre-sales technologist who acts as a value added technical and business advocate for clients. This role is responsible for understanding clients business requirements as they pertain to AI and Machine Learning solutions, qualifying opportunities, and creating solution designs that match the requirements with appropriate products/platforms, managed and professional services. This role entails collaborating with other Line of Business (LOB) experts as required to address client needs (ie CMO), presenting proposed solutions to the client, ensuring the sale is made, and overseeing the delivery of these solutions.

 

The AI sales promotes, positions implementation and advisory services primarily in the Digital domain, but also understands and advises clients on where other strategic and advisory services (Data Center, Networking, Application Development, Commerce, Content, security etc.) fit their needs.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Facing Sales Support Work with sales account team, interfacing directly with clients. Build trusted advisor relationships, understand client’s business challenges and propose solutions. Client facing work will include:
    • Advising clients on how to leverage best practices to achieve desired business results using AI solutions, such as but not limited to conversational AI and chatbot implementations
    • Provide solution architecture design
  • Develop High Level Designs and Architectures Create and document solution architectures that address client business problems and can be used to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery. Identify high level business requirements and map to AI tools/platform capabilities.
  • Ability to promote the value proposition of various AI technologies with clients. Discuss solutions in business value terms in the context of use cases.
  • Collaborate in leading discovery days and deliver resulting proposed AI Roadmaps to customers
  • Create Proposals Develop Professional Services Estimates, AI Product Proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), At-a-glance documents, business cases and RFP responses
  • Customize and Deliver client-facing AI demos
  • Sales Planning Work with management and sales teams to develop account prioritization and support strategies that will ensure a long-term trusted relationship status
  • Partner Relationship Management Develop healthy and trusted relationships with key partners in the geography
  • Intellectual Property Development Contribute to the development of intellectual property and industry recognition (white papers, speaking engagements etc.)
  • Training Develop and execute a professional plan that will enhance skills
  • Travel to/from clients, corporate events and training

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or frequency degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 0-8 years Information Technology experience, to include experience in a Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar role, to include:
    • At least one-year architecture experience with Machine Learning and AI technologies, to include Conversational AI and chatbots

 

Other Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical background and knowledge to business direction by developing service offerings, go-to-market strategies, business planning, and other activities important to building business
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, sequencing activities and deliverables to the client to value sell, earn trust and enhance margin
  • Proven experience articulating technical viewpoints to diverse audiences, including technical and business decision makers
  • Proven ability to evaluate information and make sound technical risk judgements
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new solution/product development
  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical skills/knowledge transfer to client

  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, including formal and informal presentations to large and small audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in pre-sales engineering and/or sales in a Systems Integrator, OEM, or similar environment
  • Certifications in AI solutions
  • Experience with Client, OEM or VAR based partner management
  • Experience within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
