1.2. Clients are legible to purchase products and services from Sun Evo Technologies, whom shall inform the progress of their order be given.
2. All orders must be pre-paid through legal Proforma in order to be invoiced and shipped.
2.1. All orders may be cancelled within 24h time frame without any penalty. Orders cancellations after the incumbent period will be Restocking fee up to 100% charged.
2.2. All products and services are free from any physical and legal defects.
2.2.1. The following payment methods are acceptable:
a) Payments via Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, Amercian Express) or PayPal transfer (fees apply) on the basis of a proforma invoice.
Bank transfer payment: Sun Evo offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer without any extra charges.
Please note that Bank transfers from abroad Europe will only be accepted if the additional transfer costs are paid by the customer. Your order will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods and Invoice with shipment details. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
b) Possessing a legal bank warranty or Insurance company warranty for payment terms.
On Account – Please fill in the Credit Application and Authorisation Form, once we have received this we apply for an insured credit limit which process can take up to three weeks, once completed Sun Evo can offer up to 30 days credit (NET7, NET14, NET30) based on the insured limit offered to Sun Evo.
Please note that for security reasons Sun Evo reserve the right to ask its clients for a bank transfer payment for the six firsts transactions. Moreover, for security reasons Sun Evo reserve the right to call its first time clients upon receipt of their orders.
Sun Evo standard terms of payment for credit account customers are up to 30 days from the date of the invoice, and these will apply except in the case of transactions where different terms are agreed in writing. If payment is not made on the due date, Sun Evo will be entitled to charge interest daily on the outstanding balance at the rate of 5% base lending rate from time to time.
2.4. All the quotations made by Sun Evo are based on ECB exchange rates. All prices are exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other sales taxes, for which (if applicable) the Customer shall be additionally liable.
2.5. The invoice will be issued according to the exchange rate set for the day of the purchase. In case of prepayment, the day of issuing a proforma invoice is binding.
2.5.1. It is possible to pay in a foreign currency.
3. All the goods Factory Sealed, New, Refurbished Certificate and Renew program are covered with a European manufacturer’s warranty.
3.1. Sun Evo makes all efforts to ensure the accuracy of the prices, descriptions and technical data given. The company shall not be responsible for wrong technical data or their change by manufacture.
4. Sun Evo’s liability:
4.1. In its dealings with Business Customers, Sun Evo shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships loss of data and other financial loss. “Financial loss” in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description.
4.2. Nothing in this agreement shall limit Sun Evo’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
